Mrs. Dunyiswa Olga Mrwetyana-Zembe is the new Senior Manager: Corporate Services with effect from 15 May 2023. She is reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Mrs. Mrwetyana-Zembe is not new in Local Government, and for the past 9 years, she worked in different Managerial positions and Senior Managerial positions in different Municipalities in the Eastern Cape. She started her career in Human Resources in 2010 when she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ntabankulu Local Municipality. In 2014 she was appointed as the Director of Corporate Services at Mnquma Local Municipality and worked in that position for four years. From there, she Alfred Nzo Development Agency as the Executive Manager of Corporate Services and Administration from 2019 to 2023.

Mrs. Mrwetyana-Zembe holds B. Com Honors in HRM (MANCOSA), a National Diploma in Human Resource Management (Walter Sisulu University), National Certificate in Municipal Finance Management (CPMD) from LGSETA. She is currently studying master’s degree in HRM at the University of KwaZulu Natal. The following are priorities: Human Resources Management Information and Communication Technology Records and Administration Management ( Facilities and Fleet Management)
