Mr. Loyiso Mbiko

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Loyiso Mbiko is the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 07 December 2020. Mr Mbiko is a Bcom Honours Degree Graduate. He holds an international Certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and Advance Certificate Programme in Managament Development for Municipal Finance (CPMD) with Wits Business School. Mr Mbiko Joined Ntinga in February 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 15 years of Experience at Senior Management Level. His broad and extensive experience also includes maintaining the entry's (NTINGA) good financial management record having maintained an unqualified audit opinion for period of seven years

The office of the CEO provides leadership in the development and execution of Ntinga's strategy with a view to creating synergies within the entity. Main Function include: a) Leads and oversee the implementation of the Entity's plans in according with strategy. b) Ensure the entity is appropriately organized and exercise the authority to hire and terminate staff as necessary to enable it to achieve the approved strategy. c)Ensure that finances of the Entity are appropriately managed, and that expenditure is within the authorized annual budget. d) Ensure that effective, efficient and transparent systems of risk management are implemented and maintained. e) Ensure effective internal controls and management information system are in place. f)Ensure that the Entity maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business. g) Champion good communication and relations with the shareholder,employees,Government authorities, other the public;
